📋 Key Responsibilities

• 📦 Shipping Documentation Prepare and review bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels. Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and compliant.

• 🤝 Communication Coordinate with warehouse departments and the shipping team. Resolve shipping issues and maintain smooth daily operations.

• 📅 Order Processing Process customer orders and assist with shipping schedules. Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

• 📞 Customer Service Respond to customer shipping inquiries. Provide shipment updates and resolve concerns professionally.

• ✅ Quality Assurance Monitor outbound shipments for accuracy and quality. Address shipping errors and product quality issues.

• 📈 Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve shipping office procedures. Recommend solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
