Will Call Clerk

Elite Resources is seeking a Window Clerk position to. Manage driver check-ins and door assignments using Conduit. Coordinate with forklift drivers to schedule and track loading, Upload BOLs and manifests into CargoWise, Take/upload photos of driver ID, DOT number, license plate, and freight. Respond to email chains with proof of shipment (scanned BOLs, freight photos), Comfortable using Outlook, Cargo Wise, Conduit, and similar systems, Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy, Reliable, professional communication with drivers and internal teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/dock environment
